A co-worker at AEP Texas participated in the Tough Mudder event held at Cross Creek Cycle Park in Paige, Texas during the weekend of Jan. 29-30. Tough Mudder is not your typical mud run or “endurance” road race. It is an obstacle course on steroids designed by British Special Forces to test the all around strength, stamina, mental grit and camaraderie. All Tough Mudder sponsorship proceeds go to the Wounded Warrior Project.
